When you inquire, we collect your name, email, any phone number you provide, celebration details, preferences and any images you upload. When you subscribe to bakery updates, we collect your email and record your consent.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to reply, discuss availability and pricing, and arrange your order. Uploaded images help us understand your design request. Newsletter details are used for the bakery updates you requested; submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries and images are stored with our hosting provider and restricted to authorised website managers. Hosting and communication providers may process information needed to operate the site and send requested messages. Email confirmations are sent when the sending service is connected. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and links
This website currently collects inquiries rather than card payments. Please do not include card details in a message or upload. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with the bakery. External links, including social media, have their own privacy practices. Font and hosting services may receive technical request information when a page loads.
